XII) or equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of Mathematics or Biology, securing minimum 45% marks for Open category; 12th Science with 40% for SC/ST/OBC/VJNT category & Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) and obtained a non-zero score in MHT-CET 2026 or NEET 2026.
Passed 10+2 (Science stream) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. Admission through Maharashtra DTE Centralized Admission Process (CAP) based on merit.
Licensed Registered Pharmacist in Chemist & Druggist retail/wholesale store, Government & Private Hospital Pharmacist, Medical Representative, or Direct Lateral Entry into 2nd Year B.Pharm.

Verify documents through e-Scrutiny or in-person at TGPCOP Facilitation Centre (FC).

Freeze allotted seat online and report to allotted Institute with original documents for confirmation.
